Today’s adventure takes you to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka’s second capital during the 11th and 12th centuries and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Begin your final day with a boat safari in Balapitiya, where you’ll navigate through the mangrove forests of the Madu River. Discover small cinnamon islands, fish therapy spots, and birdlife along the way.
Then continue to Colombo, Sri Lanka’s bustling capital, for a brief yet enriching city tour.
